Pokemon

Pokemon really was a big part of my childhood. Long before Neopets, this was what got me into raising virtual critters. I had the games, merch, the first season of the anime on VHS. I was absolutely a part of the 90's Pokemania.

But it's been a long time since I really followed the franchise. I haven't even touched the latest generation, Sword and Shield Scarlet and Violet. Lately, I've been wanting to recapture some of the joy I found in Pokemon by playing through the series, maybe some side games and other spinoffs, too. I also want to try out romhacks, possibly. I'll document my travels here, in case they resonate with any other millenial lapsed Pokefans.
